BE PREPARED! DISASTERS HAPPEN YEAR ROUND.
Make getting your Annual Topanga Access Card Part of Your Family’s Emergency Preparedness Plan.
The CHP and Sheriff’s Department have stated when officers deem it safe, the Topanga Resident Access Card may facilitate entry through road closures for residents during a DISASTER. Please note the Access Card program purpose is to help facilitate re-entry into the canyon in the event of an evacuation during a disaster when officers deem it safe. It is not used during road construction closures, vehicle accidents, or other non-disaster situations.

ACCESS CARD IS MORE EFFECTIVE THAN OTHER FORMS OF ID
Gives Access to Children, Elderly and Disabled Adults:

The Access Card displays your ZONE Number which will expedite re-entry when CHP and the Sheriff’s Dept. deem it safe.

Has Vital Emergency Contact Information at Your Fingertips:
Important numbers are printed on the backside to aid in emergencies.
